• Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Requests go straight to our inbox. They aren’t stored in a website database.
• A spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) stops bots from sending the form.
• The website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. Our privacy page has the details.

When we work with you

• We use only the access you give us, for only as long as the work needs it, and remove our access when the work ends.
• Your information stays confidential. When the work is done, we return or securely delete working files and copies.
• For business and enterprise work, we’re glad to sign your NDA before you share details.

Report a security issue

If you’ve found a security problem with this website or with our services, please email [email protected] with “Security issue” in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to see it. We’ll reply within one business day and keep you updated until it’s fixed.

Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else, and don’t access, change or delete other people’s data, or disrupt our services, while testing. If you act in good faith and follow these guidelines, we won’t take legal action against you for your report. Our contact details are also published in security.txt.
